I'm using windows 7. I downloaded the latest version of Condor Updater and installed some scenery. Throughout the process I'd occasionally get a popup that said "Condor Updater has stopped working" with message APPCRASH, however it hadn't stopped working and all the scenery was installed just fine so I ignored the message.
I've restarted the computer since then and every couple of hours or so I'm still getting these messages despite not running the updater since the reboot. The task manager doesn't show any instance of CondorUpdater.exe running at all.

Thank you for your detailed report.
CU has not been tested on Windows 7, this may be due to calls to the notification system which is not implemented in Windows 7.
You can try to disable notifications in CU settings and see if it occurs again.
Do other users here get the same problem?
