Login Prob - Lost Planes

During a recent computer rehash I lost all my purchased planes. In order to get my purchase history and and license numbers.

I have been advised to Login using my email address. but it doesn't work. The pre filled login form doesn't work. Nor anything else I have tried.
I must admit that I am not sure about the password I have faithfully saved but there is no way to reset it.

I can't register either... when I try (as advised) it tells me "email already taken".

I have got my Stemme back from the receipt which found its way into the junk folder. The K8 receipt which I purchased on the same day is nowhere to be found.
I am still missing my recently purchased K8 and Arcus, plus EB29, Libelle and JS1.

Kind of Stuck now. Is there any way I can verify myself and get my License keys.

Maybe Condor could just send them in an email.
