Is there a way to adjust the pilot's weight to match my own in real life?

Hi, I would like to find out if we are able to edit the pilot weight parameters to match my own weight. So far I have not been able to find anything in the sim UI. And also, I noticed sometimes my LS4a will not let me equip any water in the ballast tank, why would that happen? Thank you for any info about these things.

In Clubclass, water ballast is not allowed.

Changing wing loading can only be done with water ballast and fixed ballast.

If you select the LS4 in open or all class you can load waterballast
