IP blocked when trying to connect to condor server list

Hi all,

On behalf of a friend, when he is trying to load condor server list, he is getting stopped by 'Neoserv' advising that his IP is blocked. I have attached a screen shot. If you would have ideas what this is, I can pass it on to him.

He has tried to load Condor server list on google chrome and windows explorer. Deleted history and cookies. Still has the same issue. It was working earlier, but now is blocked by this.

If Neoserv is his ISP then I would advice him to contact his ISP outside of this webpage. Let him call his ISP and explain it to him.

And when everything works again then let him report back on this forum for other users with similar ISP's.

There are more people that have reported strange blocking actions from ISP's, Malware AntiVirus programs like NORTON or McAfee or what else...

Neoserv is the host for Condorsoaring.com.

But the text to "login to your ... subscription center" doesn't make any sense...
Only if his ISP is Neoserv ...

They now ask to register. Why should he register if he has an account..??? They hope some dumb-ass uses the same ID and password as his other stuff and if he then registers they can hack all his other accounts.

And why should you click and login to get info you got blocked? Why isn't that info shown right away? This looks like hackers trying to trick people.

This really looks stupid and unrealistic.
I advice to not click, but call...

I must say that it does look fishy....the way the sentences are made are wierd...looks like a 12 year old trying to pass for an adult did this
