Launch Failure Lesson - No Failure

I thought I'd try the launch failure lesson however after flying it twice there isn't actually a launch failure. Maybe someone else can confirm they get this happen on their install too?

2018 - Silver Badge complete - Forgot I could claim for the 100km diploma flying an out and return :oops:
2019 - Get up to speed and aim for a 300km task?! maybe.....

Same for me. A pity, because it should be very simple to implement and quite useful one.
