Di View problems synching with BUO836A

I have been using a home built sim for a few years now but have never been able to get Di View to work with my BUO836A joystick interface board purchased from Leo Bodnar. The program sees the board no problem and I am able to alter the settings as per normal but it will not allow me to save the settings and when I open Condor, Di View has no effect at all on my joystick no matter what I do within the settings. I would like to be able to set dead zones for pitch, yaw and rudder. Any help would be appreciated.
