loading time of Condor 2

Hi, I´m quite a new user of Condor 2. Everything is working fine in genaral but loading time for the games scenery of a free flight is quite long. Just to be sure, my settings are wright: What is an average loading time of the scenery (e.g. fermany)? My hardware is a Intel i5 2.9 Ghz; 16 GB Ram; Nvidia Gforce RTX 3060; Win 11

Can you state the weather settings you are using?

There is a small bug where if you set Flatland activity to low it takes an extremely long time to calculate, especially on larger landscapes.

Could it be this causing your issue?

When loading a flight note which part is taking time to load and let us know.

Which setting is that? Are you talking about graphics settings?

As 6266 has shown, it is the 'Flats Activity' level. Keep it to Normal or High. Setting lower than these result in very long load times.

Also AA2 can be very slow to load if you've got an older CPU because of all the power line pylons. There's a file you can replace to get rid of them if that is the specific problem: viewtopic.php?p=179977#p179977
