Managed to complete the platform. A good simulator for takeoffs and landings and the acquisition of initial skills in glider control.

Wow Amazing

I’m building a static simulator but for a VR headset. Mind if I ask you a few questions

Did you design your own rudder pedals? Are you using a Hall sensor? Do they have a centering Cam or just spring loaded with no center other than the springs holding center? I’m just about to start my design for pedals

What did you use for Long travel linear controls like the air brakes and flaps? For the flaps I’m planning on detente and momentary switches but for the air brakes I’m thinking I need an optical rotary encoder that is belt driven.

What interface boards did you use? Leo Bodnar or arguing based?

Any chance I can get the STL or CAD file for your upper button housing on the stick?
