View Offset with 3 Screens

Post by bigchris70 » Thu Jan 28, 2021 1:03 pm

Hi,
I use Condor also with another sim (X-plane). I arranged three 22" Monitors. They are built to span over a viewing angle of 150°. In x-Plane it is very easy to set up the Field of View.
Unfortunatly C2 is only able to adjust 80° as viewing and offset angle. Is there a way to adjust a different angle? With 240° (3 x 80°) everything looks very strange and badly aligned like the wings are tilted towards the nose.

Any ideas to solve ?

As discribed I can select only 80° or 160° offset angle for the lateral screens and the angle of each screen with 80°. These settings are not realistic in my screen configuration.
Is there any other configuration file or setup procedure to override the fixed angles and offsets?

As EDB said. Adjust the FOV. If you have it at 80 degrees the side monitors will automatically be assigned -80 and + 80. So you are seeing 240 degrees. If you adjust the FOV to 60 degrees you will see 180 degrees so the wings will be at the edge of the side monitors.

You can do this via: Setup -> options -> miscellaneous -> Default FOV

Ah yes,
thank you for the way to the FOV adjustments. I was really worried becaus in the graphics setup there is no FOV to adjust.
Little bit tricky if someone do not know the Options menu. Thanks a lot, works fine now :-).
