joystick problems with over sensitivity

I am using a Logitech 3D Extreme joystick with my Condor 2. I have played with all the settings on Condor and it is still unflyable. I am perplexed. For months it ran great on my gaming laptop. Then it became overly sensitive on my laptop gaming computer. Then I got a larger gaming computer also with VR and I have the same problem. I got a new Logitech 3D extreme joystick thinking it went bad. No difference with the new joystick.
1. What setting do you use in Condor 2 with your stick? I have no baseline.
2. Is there some way to recalibrate the Logitech joystick?
I contacted Logitech and nothing has worked!
This is so frustrating.
