You also have AA 8x in NVIDIA and MSAA 8x in Condor2. Why?

Do you get tearing in windowed mode too? Normally you shouldn't get tearing in windowed mode (and fullscreen emulation is just a borderless window,) as the desktop window manager double buffers everything. On Windows 7 if you turn Aero off it doesn't use DWM, but I don't know if that's possible on Windows 10.

Great, I knew I have smthng wrong.... So how it should be the proper way? Please tell.
BTW I have areo off in Win 7. Tested windowed mode - it is the same as fullscreen emulation. :(
I can downgrade drivers, no problem - which version would be the best for 1060?

PS
What about to make official best C2 nvidia settings? As other games have...
(There are many unknown, old or niche games. Or maybe profile of very similar [3D engine] game could be used?)

If I have time I will try to revert to the previous driver. Because I noticed it first time last night on CWC. Framerate was also significantly lower then normal.

I have effect like that on MOV's movie.
Horizontal tear. It is visible every time when moving view.
Whole streaming is full of this 'feature'.
It is not normal, isn't it? And it is irritating in long term.

'Global settings / 'use 3D application setting' and I have checked 'Vertical sync' in C2 as this 3D app have own setting. Not good?! :)
Where should be on where off? Both on?

Off in condor.
On (better still: adaptive) in nvidia, in global or in program specific profile.

I'm on 442.19 with a GeForce GTX 1070 running three 1920x1200 @ 59Hz EIZO screens via Display-Port.

"Best Settings" don't exist. Very personal.

NVIDIA Control Panel has Typical usage scenarios examples underneath the page...

Well, I am on 59 Hz EIZO too and have effects as on the video above (take a look please).
How about you? Could you share your settings? 'Vertical sync' on? Off?
If possible - could you check 'full screen emulation'? (I guess you're on true full screen.)
Thanks in advance for your support!

There is no tearing I can see in the video you linked. Check if you're getting tearing on this site: https://www.vsynctester.com/

Is this a new problem that just started recently?

Hmmm, good point, maybe indeed smthng is wrong with monitor Hz etc. Browser gives me in YT (1080p60) same effect as I have in C2.
VSYNC indicator was gray most of the time, but flickering cyan/red very often => failure.
