Joystick PXN 2113 doesn´t connect

People,

I´m novice to Condor, and bought a joystick to improve my experience in it. I´ve bought a PXN 2113 pro, for use.
I´ve installed as per instructions, I was able to configure and calibrate it in windows 10.
However, the device is not recognized by the simulator. I noticed that the assing controls dialogue in setup doesn´t allow assignments to the joystick
Is there something else that I need to do?

Unfortunately, I´ve done that before. Actually, I did it twice, or three times: installed again the joystick, with the proprietary and the wndows driver; installed everything again - first the joystick, then Condor. None of this worked.

Just to erase doubts, I downloaded another flight simulator ( FlightGear ), and the joy stick worked well in it. So, I suspect I have a problem in Condor.

Have you tried to mannually assign axis in Condor?

In the input section, find assign controls, double click on whatever control you want then move joystick along the axis you want.

The name of the axis/button should appear next to the control name.

MrHerrison, I tried to do. The problem is, in the assign control dialog, the joystick is not allowed, the instruction " move the joystick axis" is grayed.

Double click on "Bank" and move your joystick to the left...
Double click "Bank mouse" and move your mouse to the left...

Etc...

Never heard of it...

What you could do is uninstall any driver or other software that came with the joystick and then try again. So use basic Windows. Don't forget to calibrate...

And maybe try to make a new pilot in Condor2 and assign the controls in the new pilot settings.

No. Most likely you cant give full deflection because of a calibration issue, or some settings if the stick comes with its own software. Or because the stick is rubbish.

Condor only registers stick movements in the control assignment window when you get 100% deflection (or very close to it).

Maybe janjansen is right, the piece is rubbish. I´ll work a little on it, before scrapping. But this will take a few days, I´m lacking time.

Do you have many USB devices connected? Maybe some that use many power from the USB port..?

If so, remove all but keyboard, mouse and joystick and reboot. If you have special USB ports that can supply more power then the default ones, then connect the joystick to a high power USB port. High power USB ports are usually couriered red inside.

I did everything you guys suggested, with no results. I've even wrote to the manufacturer ( no answer, till now )

Eventually, I unselected FORCE FEEDBACK in the input setup, and the joystick is now recognized, and working well.

In the joystick software or in Condor2 SETUP?

I understand your stick has FFB. Did you turn off FFB to be able to assign axis in Condor2 and after that turned FFB back on?

I think my joystick has no force feedback.

After your post, I've set force feedback ON, with no difference.

BTW. Condor manual says this makes no effect to the joysticks that don´t have this feature. I can´t remenber what´s default in installation, so maybe I put it on myself , I don't know.
