Can I change something in some file to invert the desired axis?

No. Only rudder via options.

There is software to do what you want. Maybe someone can advise. Or search the forum. It has been posted before.

I asked this from devs a few months ago as our club's simulator is wired so that inverting is needed. Should be around 30 minutes of coding & testing, but looks like we need to modify the hardware.

Yeah, it's kind of annoying. I have an existing quite complex cockpit which I use with 4 other flight sims apart from Condor. All those sims have axis tuning/reversal software. Ok, I could go under the hood with a soldering iron, but it isn't as simple as just switching some pot connections, I have other switches/encoders linked to the hardware, it would be a right pain.

Pretty please devs, let's have some reversal code
