Pitch axis not working
Recently, my pitch axis has stopped working in Condor 2. I have tried swapping pitch and bank control inputs but the issue exists for just pitch which shows it's not an issue with my joystick. It also works just fine with Condor 1. I've also tried using an old joystick which has the same pitch issue in C2 but works fine in C1. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sounds strange...
What happens if you make a new pilot and setup the controls for that new pilot?

Re: Pitch axis not working
Thanks, that did appear to fix it but I wanted to figure out exactly what was the issue with my setup. With a new working profile I added in each of my custom controls and settings one by one to see when the issue would reappear. To my surprise it didn't! With the new profile working setup exactly like my old one I went to fly on the scenery I had been trying to fly (South East UK2) and lo and behold the issue was back! After some more testing it seems the issue is only present on this scenery, regardless of glider or settings. What an interesting issue indeed... I'll message the scenery creator to let him know, although it could just be me having this problem.

It's not only you having this problem, but the way you presented it turned the helpers from the known issue.ClementAllenCA8 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 26, 2018 12:36 am... What an interesting issue indeed... I'll message the scenery creator to let him know, although it could just be me having this problem.
If you look at the SE UK thread, you'll see that it happens indeed at some airfields.

The loss of pitch control is actually an anti-cheat feature that is triggered at some airfields, for some unknown reason

There is an error in the forests or height maps.
The scenery creator will probably have to generate new Tha and fha files.

Re: Pitch axis not working
There was an elevator pitch issue with the issued South East UK scenery ( see the scenery thread). This was very quickly rectified with a patch to version 1.1. If you add the patch after the installation all should be OK.

Re: Pitch axis not working
We had a similar problem. Had a working landscape without a complete airport. Then we went in and flatten'd the terrain, added some objects. Elevator stopped working! Glad we found this thread.
Just as was suggested earlier, all I had to do was open the landscape and in the File menu, re-exported the terrain and forest hashes, then saved the landscape.
Got the elevator back!

Re: Pitch axis not working
Hi All,
I just encountered the same issue with AA2 0.5 on Condor2 2.1.7.
Uninstalling AA2, re-installing it and the last Condor release.
How surprising. I worked 6 months ago and now no way.
Cheers,
Rian Monnahan
