Screen resolution setting

I run Condor2 on Laptop with i7, 16G RAM and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M 2Gb.
Condor2 does recognize my NVIDIA Card.
I set the screen resolution to 3840x2160 and graphics in flight runs good.
However, when I start program, the splash screen and selection screen I need to select glider is "microscopic" small.
It is so small that it is difficult to read even with the magnifying glass!!!
I have set the resolution back to 1280x800, the flying graphics is still good but the setting/selection screen and the task map are still so small that is almost impossible to read. I have restarted computer several times but the miniature setting got stuck and I am unable to set it back to normal.
Any suggestions?

Change the resolution in Windows.
