Same UDP protocol?

Is the UDP protocol for Condor 2 the same as Condor 1 and/or is it backwards compatible?

Thanks. I checked the new manual, but not the old one. It looked the same at first glance, glad to hear it is and I won't have to rewrite my panel interface.
