Un banning people from dedicated server

Recently a friend of mine asked me if i knew how to un-ban people from dedicated server and searching in the page of multiplayer commands i didn't find it so now i'm also wondering if it's possible to un-ban from dedicated server.
Does anyone know if it's possible and also the command?

Did you try restarting the server?

Well i'm writing this for a friend, i don't know if he did.
Edit: I wrote him the solution and he told me he didn't restart, he told me that it bans the person just from the current flight.
