USNS June 3, 20 finish

The task information shows minimum finish height as zero. I assume this is airport elevation of 4469 feet. At least two finishers finished below airport elevation, How is this scored as a good finish?

If the minimum finish height is set at 0 in Condor there is no minimum finish height. If the finish is on a hill and you can reach the finish line below hilltop elevation Condor will score it as a valid finish.
