Multiplayer Launch as Host

Last couple of days...Hosting multiplayer on Version 2.1.1. Pauses at 50% on "Connecting to local Host" and stops??
2.4G Quad core on Windows 7 64bit Professional... Modem rebooted.
Connections checked was working perfect 2 days ago. Can no longer join other Hosts. Fixed IP.
But all good on Condor servers.
Any ideas all??
