Guys, just tried a competition, and could not get a start..i was below the max altitude and no matter what the roster would not show a start..went back and forth multiple times..finally just flew the route but with no pda..what am i doing wrong...the roster had a asterik next to my name and a w .. help

Just did it again flew thru the red start box, race had started, below the maximum altitude, but the box doesnt turn green and still shows a w by my name .what am i misssing

Has the race timer ended? Top right corner there is a countdown. Only after the countdown has ended are you able to start the task. You will hear 3 beeps and "The race is on" in red will appear at the top of the screen.

And if you are in the start sector, it will turn green on the PDA page 1 display.
