DSHelper setup tutorial

Is there a decent tutorial on how to set up DSHelper? I've found bits a pieces around the place but nothing that seems to explain it very well!

So the key to getting is working was finding the latest test version that works with Condor 2

New version at the first - 2.9.27

Also when you create a new server and you have both C1 and C2 installed, DSHelper will copy the C1 dedicatedserver.exe. You need to replace this with the one from the C2 install directory.

When I download from this link, I get a .exe file very old, dated 2012.

I can't reproduce it. Please update to the newest version and if you can still reproduce it tell me the steps.
