Server host problem (host not found when hosting)

Hi all - had the same problem and the solution was checking the InternetProvider-Prerequisites. I had a (1&1) a DS-Lite Tunnel for IPv4; with that there is no way of getting things work.
It needed 2hours and about 6 Hotlinecalls to get a Staffmember, who was willing and competent enough to help, they could exchange DSLite Tunnel to fixed IPv4 adress, they did not like to do it, but they did it !!!
You need to have a fix IPv4 Adress, than everybody can join your server, if firewallsettings (as above) are correct (UDP and TCP)
