When setting up a competition on condor.club I have to configure everything on that website, each day's flight, times, etc etc,
Then I have to go do DSHelper and do the same actions over again. The task start on DSHelper needs to be the same time and day as condor club, the fpl has to be the same, etc.
Theres a lot of duplicate effort and despite triple checking ive made errors here and there, where ive started a days task on a different day or 1 hour off on timing. Each time I log back on to the machine running DSHelper I need to double check everything.

If i rev a fpl on condor club to rev 2 i need to make sure dshelper is running that new task as well.

It would be cool if we could get a "sync to condor club competition" button where it would create the schedule in dshelper (fpl and schedule) that I already created in condor club. It would go and grab all of the relevant fpls, create the schedule and assign each fpl to each race at the right day/time.
Also pressing that button would cross check to see if any fpls have been reved to rev2 or more and update them accordingly.


This would alleviate a major pain point and a major point of confusion when hosting.

I have a question to DSHelper: Today I run 6 servers on 3 machines. In DSHelper I can define actions, I think it's Condor interaction (I'm far away from the servers right now), where I f.x. define what text is said when a user released.

Different actions a different machines works of course well, but they are the same on all servers on the same machine, even if they are Condor 2 or 3.

Now I have to move all servers on one machine. Is it possible to install DSHelper that way, that different databases are being used, for to define different actions for different servers on the same machine?

Issue with "Condor Interacting" messages:

I have "Pilot collided with another pilot" set to report so people know who hit each other. However, it seems that someone collided with a ground object and the interacting logic thought that was sufficient to start a recursive message that spammed the server until it crashed.

This is objectively very funny but can it get fixed?

I just installed Condor 3.0.4 on the Tchin-tchin servers, and I restarted DSHelper (3.0.8.0) after that, hoping that it would update the CondorDedicated exes in the DSH\CDS\* folders

... but the CondorDedicated.exe files are still 3.0.3.0 dated 24/12/2024, so I had to update them by hand

DSHelper gets messed up when the DST change occurs, the server start time get shifted by +/- 1hr

I'am aware it's a known feature (it would be nice it it could be fixed)

...but what bothers me more is that the display in the Scheduler window is incoherent (in the listing window times are correct - only FR05 had been fixed when the screenshot was made)

Hi,

Just updated to v3.0.8 and got this issue:
I start a local file on event sever started and DSH looses communication with dedicated server 10s after server started (join time freezed and no further interaction apart from stoping server, and server doesnt close after).
Tried with different local files and same result.
If I dont try to start a local file, everything works fine.
Starting a local file in v3.0.7 works fine also.

PS : Launching DSH on win startup is a great option! Thanks for your nice job.
