Er zijn wel vrije satellietfoto’s... maar die hebben dan een erg lage resolutie. Bij LandSat 8 is dat nu 15m BW en 30m voor Kleur toevoeging.

De veel interessantere GeoRef Luchtfoto's of Orthofoto's zijn voor Nederland niet vrij te verkrijgen. Dit in tegenstelling tot bijvoorbeeld Finland of deelstaten van de VS (o.a. Utah). Er is sinds enige tijd materiaal te verkrijgen via de overheid, echter mag daarvan alleen het afgeleide materiaal worden gepubliceerd. Daar hebben we dus niets aan...

Iemand die een paar honderdduizend euro heeft liggen voor georef luchtfoto's mag zich melden. En anders wachten tot de overheid een keer materiaal opkoopt dat wel geheel vrij te gebruiken en publiceren is... Je ziet dat in de hele wereld steeds meer...

Tot die tijd is er dus alleen low res Landsat materiaal inclusief wolken.

Misschien dat Condor V2 in de toekomst een gebruikslicentie voor high res satfoto's krijgt net als in SeeYou (DigitalGlobe WorldView-3 Data). :wink:

Yes. You can show that link. When I open it I see the owner of the data in the lower right corner. Websites are allowed to use the data for services when they show the copyright owners.

And yes. You are not allowed to show the picture or redistribute the data if you haven't got an agreement with the owners of the data you used.

It is easy to break into your home. That doesn't mean I am allowed to take all your stuff and make it my own. To give away all your stuff to other people. Or even selling your stuff to other people without your permission. If I want to use your stuff I have to ask it and then we have to agree on how I am allowed to use it. Buying things from you or pay rent for using it on special terms. Or you might lent it to me for free on special terms or give it away for free.

I already told you that I know the source of the data you showed.
We are not allowed to reproduce it, so we don't need the link.
