Holy shit guys. Overcomplicating a simple thing, worrying about corner cases, percentage of flying, cc rating, everything else that doesnt need to be solved right now.
The ask is to get dual flights working in a method that can be easily scored (and encouraged to fly). No one is currently flying dual because its not scorable.
The options are:
a) Add the second pilot to the ftr
b) Allow condor club to dropdown select the 2nd pilot at the time of upload (like olc/weglide)
It's pretty simple, a is the condor devs and b is the condor club guy. So why not both?
As far as things like cc rating are concerned, who cares. If someone wants to game the system so they feel better about themselves flying a virtual glider winning imaginary points - more power to them!
If the devs for both condor club and condorsoaring could get together and implement something ahead of Antoine's dual FAI flying - then scoring and record keeping can be simple and all contained in condor club. If not he'll have to implement some weird custom scoring on his own, then he will probably never host a dual contest again.
