Audio volume doesnt change volume (for FLARM volume)

Hello,
It seems that the audio volume for FLARM doesnt seem to actually change the volume. I have it set one tick from the lowest and each alert is BEEP BEEP BEEP, the loudest possible noise. One tick lower to the left and its silenced.
Can you please take a look at audio volume scaling and resolve this? I still want the beep but dont want it to be the loudest BEEP BEEP BEEP always.

Agree. More range in volume for the FLARM would make it less bothersome, and easier to find a level that works with the other things on audio.
