Bought a Quest because I wanted something which would work without problems in Condor.

Might have made another choice if Condor had better support for other headsets.

Voted for Pico. Can you mention Pico 4 in the same category ? If you need a tester in due time happy to support.

I have a Q3, I voted for Q3, but I would like to buy a pimax, because I also fly MSFS and DCS

I only voted for HP reverb G2, which I own. But when I know for sure other VR headset will work (out of the box), I will buy a PIMAX crystal light.

I currently use a Quest 3, but like others have said, this is largely because Condor's current use of the Oculus VR APIs make this the best available and supported option. Had others been better supported, I might have chosen something different.

Mon premier casque était un Occulus Rift S et j'ai changé au bout de 2 ans pour le HP Reverb G2. L'image est incomparable j'en suis toujours très satisfait,la mise en service n'est pas si compliqué que ça. C'est pour épingler que l'Oculus est beaucoup plus simple.
Malheureusement je devrais m'en séparer quand Microsoft va abandonner WMR.

My first headset was an Oculus Rift S and I changed after 2 years for the HP Reverb G2. The image is incomparable I am still very satisfied, the commissioning is not that complicated. It is to pin that the Oculus is much simpler. Unfortunately I will have to part with it when Microsoft will abandon WMR.

Yes. Turn it on, turn link on, and it works.

Yes! I do not remember having any issue since I started (2022) in the 170 hours I flew.

Does Condor work ok for all of you without Oculus/Meta headsets?

It was not easy to setup the first time, but now it works. I started using HP Reverb G2 in Condor 2 and I am now using in Condor 3. Until this week I had almost no freezes, which were very common in C2. Condor freezes the image in the headset, I remove the headset and in the monitor Condor window is normal or says not responding, and then Condor crashes. I need to end the task in Windows Task Manager.

In Condor 3, until this week, I had some pauses during multiplayer flights, which would have crashed Condor 2, but in Condor 3 just resumes after a few seconds. This week, unfortunately, I started to experience the same freezes that I had with Condor 3. One was when I had already completed around 70% of the task, and another one was after 40minutes in a multiplayer race, where I was the last to be aerotowed, and it crashed a few minutes after starting the task!

I sent the error log file and my PC characteristics to Condor Support email
