It would be nice to have the details of penalties in FLIGHT ANALYSIS -> Flight info, or a new tab 'Penalties' or even just written in a log file.
ex:
PenaltyPoints=71.2 (Cloud flying 40.3 Airspace entrance 20.1 Start speed penalty 10.
I suppose that in RL there are penalties details in case of protests.

Yes completely agree. Half the time I don't know what I've done wrong

On Condor club you can see the start speed and altitude when you analyse your flight. It is not completely accurate with what condor measures as CC has to interpolate between 2 fixes I think. But it at least can give you a clue.

Show classification (TAB key) show penalties real time, but not when online scoring is disabled.
What about show penalties real time (TAB) when online scoring is disabled only for the player ?

Hello,
On a Condor Café flight, I received 432 penalty points that I cannot explain.
There is no space or area on the server.
I followed the altitude and speed requirements at departure.
You can retrieve the flight plan and my trace here :
https://www.condor.club/analysis/0/?rank=1088694
I suspect a bug.
Please analyze the flight.
Thank you.

You finished at 1314 meters, minimum height was 1400 meters. You pulled up too late. You need to enter the sector at 1400. You can't finish from below by pulling up. I can't see what the penalty is set to, as I don't have the landscape. But if it was 5 points/meter then you'll get to around 432 penalty points for that.

...the old C2 way doing the "Giraffe" does give you penalty. As soon as you enter the finish sector the race is over. New function in C3 what is realistic and well made.

You are right, I did indeed cross the line at 1314.
But how can it be explained that the final glide (DDH) was positive on the LX ?

It would be nice to have the details of penalties in FLIGHT ANALYSIS -> Flight info, or a new tab 'Penalties' or even just written in a log file.
Definitely! It's always a flipping mystery to me where they have come from. I have scoured the place for airspace and other infractions and just have no idea why I always seem to start the task with 59.4 penalty points. Many tasks, many landscapes, always 59.4

If it's always the same value, it must be something static in your environment. Maybe you fly always the same plane with the same ballast, in the competition you fly is a limit for the wingload and you are always over it.
I only guess but I believe it's something that way

Sadly not that, I fly all kinds of different gliders for different competitions with different organisers and am usually under the ballast limit or forget to put it in at all (oops) Never had the penalties in C2 and presumably would have done if they were for wrong ballast or incorrect start, thought only the airspace was new? I will have to hang onto the next affected file and upload, but I don't have any of them saved. Either way, would be nice if the system just told you what the penalties were for, would be much easier and really that's the nub of the thread.

All the penalties you can get are listed in the NOTAM tab. You can't join a flight if you set the ballast over the wingloading limit, so that is not it.

Indeed, however if the task setter has turned on almost every available penalty, you can't tell which infraction you actually did, only the list if things you can get penalties for. I know what I'm not allowed to do and I'm trying sort hard not to do them, but I always seem to do it anyway! Loaded the same task on my own server last night and didn't rack up any penalties, so the mystery continues.
