Rope break randomisation heights editable?

I am flying cable break scenarios and getting Condor to give me 100% breaks, but it seems to break at 0ft at least 1 in 5 times. Is it possible at all to edit the numbers in the randomisation file somewhere, so it would randomise me somewhere more "dramatic" where I have to do things, and to edit the top height so it doesn't exceed the length of my club's cable? Thanks
