Page 2 on the PDA displays the bearing to the next turnpoint and the current course which is incorrectly labeled as heading, as seen in the attached screenshot, taken with a 50 kph north crosswind:

The PDA shows you course as heading because of it simulates that the pda gets the heading/course from the GPS track so it only nows your track over ground and displays this.
This is common in some navigation software to lable this as "heading".
