Re: Condor 3 - Release date
Have you looked into any other flight sims that might offer better content for gliders?andreluis wrote: ↑Fri Mar 03, 2023 2:35 pmHi all, I am using a lot gliding planes on MSFS but I know that even with all that image quality and graphs it lacks a lot in term of physics to be considered a real glider sim, and lacks a lot of content about gliders as well.
For us, not europeans or north americans, the value to invest in a Condor 2 + gliding lessons it´s a a huge investiment, our currency values 5x less than your´s, so I am waiting for the release date of Condor 3 or some kind of promotion that I can buy Condor 2 now and get the next version for free and the same for glidingschool.com lessons as well, some kind of promotion on this direction would be great.
the question is, any release date insight? Any kind of promotion to pump the sales at this moment?
Cheers

Re: Condor 3 - Release date
I have a feeling that Condor 3 will drop at the end of this month. Well, maybe it's just wishful thinking......

I have a feeling it's summer and the devs should enjoy RL flying or other summer activities ...

I cannot go flying in RL but I did solo last year. I just am excited to see the new version.

Ate. After being disappointed with MSFS gliding content, physics and FM mainly, I’m keen to see what C3 offers.

Do you use VR for MSFS? I have yet to get it working.

Re: Condor 3 - Release date
MSFS flight dynamics and soaring weather are, simply put, a bad joke :-/ ... forget it...
I'm sure Condor 3 will make jus to it's two previous versions where attention to detail in flight dynamics and overall physics modelling, well... with some concessions regarding ground physics...
It's the overall best soaring simulator I was able to use so far. Yes itwould be great to have MSFS scenery visuals in Condor 3, but from what I saw in the alredy posted screenshot it looks good enough !!!
