Multiplayer issues with VR (HP Reverb 2)

Recently setup HP Reverb G2 for Condor. It's running smoothly in single player mode but when I use it for multiplayer I'm having issues. FPS is buttery smooth and then 10 minutes or so into a race - it drops significantly (below 30fps).

My rig has plenty of power (3080ti) so I'm wondering if I can change something in settings to help with this. Any help, greatly appreciated.

If you re on Win11, kill the Holographicshell process in the background.
