Error

When I start Condor2 on windows 10, I get this picture.
I have tried reloading the latest patch but no luck.
What do I try next?

New Information: I only get the error when launching Condor OFFLINE. It seems to work ok in the multiplayer server.

I reinstalled Condor2 and that fixed it.
