Condor

Hello,

I purchased the Condor 2 Pro program and received a listing of keys, but no link to the software download. I did try to purchase it two days before with my debit card and my bank declined it because it was an overseas purchase (need approval first). When I made my account on the Condor Website, the declined purchase shows up, but my second one does not.

I wrote support last week and have not heard anything back from them. Are they very slow with their response? I guess it's remotely possible that I could have messed up my email address, but not likely since I got the key listing right after my purchase.

I'd really like to get the program up and running! Does anyone have any idea how to contact support other than the email shown on the Website?

First of all follow the steps here:

If that doesn't help you will have to wait for support to answer your email. There are only 2 people in the Condor team. As it is vacation season they may be a bit slower to respond than usual.
