Condor

Microsoft are blocking me from downloading and running Condor update 218. Apparently it is not a file commonly used and I am to be sure that I trust it. I have notified them via the page which allows this but still not possible to achieve download and run the exe. Suggestions please to solve this.

Normal, it's a new file.
On the window displaying the warning, click on "See details" or similar and you'll get another button to execute the program.
