I restarted my pc and lost all my games like i should! i went to try to download condor again and i cant find it on my acc! AAAND even the download link in the mail was expired! what do i do!?

It says there is nothing there! nothing on the website to be found! nothing in the purchase history and i used the password that was used to get the game! but i have the reciept on my email

Well i had to reset my pc so i last all my games! i wnt to try to download condor again! and nothing in purchase history and i tried everything that i found on the forums and i even contacted support! does anyone of you know what to do

Please don't make duplicate posts, it's a waste of time and resources and makes answering and ulterior searches complicated

Support is very busy these days, the average response time is 3-4 days

I did! many many many days ago

i got nothing in like 6 days!

That's true. I have searched our database and cannot find you.

Possible reasons for that:-

1. Maybe you used a different name or email
2. Someone else bought condor for you
3. You bought from condorworld.eu or Cumulus Soaring
4. This was for Condor 1 which is discontinued, and we have no records for that.

If 1 or 2, pm me with those details if you have them

I have the same problem. I purchased 2 years ago but cannot download again.
Support also does not answer to my email.
