Can't update to 2.1.7

When I try to update from 2.1.6 to 2.1.7 I get an error that saying that I need to install the full version (see attached image). I already have 2.1.6 installed, and it runs fine, but even after I re-ran the original installer but I still get the error.

I don't understand why all of a sudden this is happening. I have not had any problems with any previous update.

What do I need to do to get the new version and the new hangar update installed?

Installer checks for condor.exe in the install folder and if that’s missing or renamed then it requires a full install.

This is to prevent users from only installing the patch then wondering why Condor doesn’t run.

Get the full installer for 2.1.7 by following the instructions
