has anyone else had this problem.
I had to move my Condor install a couple of times between computers. When I went to use my valid activation key, I got a message saying I had too many registration attempts and to contact condor sales. I did so
I received a response asking for proof of purchase and the email address on which it was purchased. I did so.
This was over a month ago, and no response, despite multiple follow ups. I then emailed Condor support, also no response.
Not sure where to go from here

I hope it’s solved for you now.
We are not MIA, but we are having a hard time balancing all our tasks.
Uros, myself, planes and beta team are fully occupied with work on a big update and we are sorry if some things get delayed because of it.
