newbee help with Roadwork sign

when flying the default tasks in condor V2 i sometimes get a "roadworks" sign appearing on the screen top right side
anyone know what it means i cant find any thing in the manual

It is a warning that your framerate is dropping below 15 frames per second.

If you press SHIFT-D you can see your actual framerate in the top left corner of the screen.
