Upgrading form Condor 1 to 2

Post by SledDriver » Wed Jan 27, 2021 2:19 am

Hi,

I was a user of Condor 1 years ago and have a valid license key for that product.

How do I upgrade to V2.

I have no record of the email address used to buy V1, and the Account section of the condor website does not recognise any of the possible email addresses I might have used when I purchased V1.

I have my original ShareIt order number and my license key.

How can I get back online with your website to do an upgrade to version 2?

Regards,

The green button marked purchase. There is no free upgrade to Condor 2.

It's not possible to upgrade condor 1 to 2 (nothing from V1 can be migrated to v2), it's a complete new installation in a different folder.

OK, so there is no upgrade pricing then?

If so, then I will just make a new account.

I was more asking about upgrade pricing than software migration.
