Internet connection seems to be down error

Hi

Let’s try again as still no answer or support. I can’t activate my purchase had it for 2 weeks now and haven’t been able to activate due to getting the internet connection seems to be down error when I put my key in . The internet is it works for everything else just condor that won’t work. Tried the firewall idea and deleted folders and started again, a different internet connection, downloaded it all again and finally a different computer still doesn’t work... so clearly it is a condor software issue just I’m getting nowhere with support. I see it's been an issue before on here for a lot of people. I’m running a new high end custom gaming pc on windows built for flight sims so the computer is more than capable. Can anyone help ???

I have even requested a refund and nothing, not rating condor or the support at the moment

Did we try with antivirus disabled?

I know we tried different Internet connection, tethered mobile, firewall off, reinstalling.

i have tried that yes completely shut down all internet protection. condor is still thinking the internet is down

i believe it is a misleading error and there is software issue or key issue.

Check if you are not behind some VPN or contact your ISP if they are blocking certain IP ranges.

That the web site Condor calls when you validate your licence.
A thought, ensure you didn't enter extra blank before and after the serial number, which is something like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

hi

thanks BOD1 your link helped after selecting it i got a restriction warning due to being on my sons monitored account. it didn't seem to like the the website location and category it fell under so blocked it. even with all the internet security turned off, the age restriction stayed active and prevented the site.

it was a bit of a misleading error from condor

all activated now lets see if i can do it now

What is the parental control software/list/service/whatever used here? Condor team will have to report them for false positive and claims unlisting.
