Is it possible to convert an IGC file to an FR file to enable a refly in Condor?

I would like to be able to convert an IGC file to an FR file to be able to refly a flight in Condor. Is this possible?

Join Condor Club. Go to link: https://www.condor.club/igc2ftr/180/ , under tasks. The second row of tabs has "Convert IGC to FTR". Once you have the ftr, put in flight tracks folder. Use it as a ghost and refly against it. I'm not sure whether you can use replay (probably not). I'm not sure how it deals with gliders not in Condor.
