Error: Cannot pan my view anymore

Hi experts,

curious problem:

Afrter a lengthy pause I played Condor (2.1.3) once again to test OpenTrack (that's some kind of TrackIR emulator). Anything worked as expected, but after I disconnected OpenTrack I couldn't pan my view anymore. Keys are assignd but have no effect, different keys were tested (no effect either), not even mouse pan works anymore, upodate to 2.1.5 made no difference.

Any ideas? Is there a secret key that disables pan?

It's opentrack: It sets a registry entry indicating that the TrackIR device is active even when opentrack isn't running.
