I purchased the condor 2 package plus 1 plane with my credit card-My bank is showing that the money has left my account-I have not recieved any activation e.mail? When I log into my account it says account pending verification....
I have tried writing to support but get no reply.
Who could help me here? Anyone got an e.mail that will actually reach someone. I have got my setup all ready to go and would like to start flying..

There is an issue with some who have @t-online.de email addresses where T-mobile blocks our emails. We have been battling this all year with some success, but not 100%.
We also have the same issue with att.net in the USA.
