What to do if you have lost your license key or installer ?

Although the manual strongly recommends to make backup copies of the license key and installer, more and more users ask for download links because they have no backup available.

The license keys and download links are now available on the Condor website. Data from the older sales website (ShareIt) have been migrated.

If you have purchased Condor from ShareIt, DO NOT follow the link that is in the mail you have received from ShareIt at the time of purchase

In any case, go to Purchase history on the website to get your download link or keys.

While performing a Windows 10 update my computer stopped functioning.

I got my computer working again but I lost all data on my solid state hard drive including the downloads for Condor2 and ASK 21.

How do I download Condor2 and the ASK 21 again ?
