Hi all,
Just purchased and downloading now. I'm sure I'll have a ton of questions, but I look forward to learning.
I started simming maybe back in the MSFS 4 days. I moved to X-Plane a few years ago and started gliding earlier this year. I asked about multiplayer and someone mentioned Condor.
Other than the stock sim, what programs or addons should I get working? I'd like to be able to analyze my flight tracks and see just how badly I missed that thermal. Can the sim load external glider "tasks"? What system is everyone using for voice comms?
I just realized the stock terrain is Slovenia! I passed through Lake Bled(?) many years ago.
Thanks.

This site is great to get addons, maps and analyse your Condor flight:
https://www.condor-club.eu/
Glider addons: I can recomment to purchase Ventus 3, ASW20 and LS8.
So you have competive gliders in every class.
If you like to fly open class you can buy EB29, but the EB the is as agile like a blue whale...
So you have to choose beetween fun to fly (Jonker 21m) or a bit more performance, but blue whale (EB 29).
If you don't wanna buy both, Ventus and Jonker, you have to choose whether you want to fly more open class or more 15m class.
If you like 15m class, buy Ventus. If open class buy Jonker.
In the Condor club class the ASW20 (flapped) is the best. If you wanna fly unflapped the Cirrus is nice too.
For standart class I've got a hint: something nice will be coming up
I wish you much fun and always good landings!

You might also consider using CoTaSa
https://condorutill.pagesperso-orange.fr/
it tells me how much ballast i have left, what flaps settings i shoul be using and screams in my ear when I go too fast and am about to rip my wings off....but it can do a whole lot more
and XCSoar on a tablett or second screen (first option prefered)
https://xcsoar.org/
GPS that is much easier to use and usefull for navigation than inboard PDA
