Spectator mode scoreboard

It'd be nice if the full scoreboard was sent to spectators when they join. As it is now spectators only see the scores for pilots that are currently connected, so if you finish the race and then leave and rejoin as a spectator you can't watch other pilots mercilessly push you down the scoreboard as they finish.
