Information on Penalties

greetings, I noticed in my flight analysis an indication of penalties. I also received some in a contest hosted by our local club.
Can some one provide information on this subject and where I can find more.

After you click in the link given above, select "FreeFlight" and "NOTAM". scroll down the page to the entries about penalties.
