EDIT: fixed. I had the speakers configured as surround 5.1 instead of stereo.
I recently updated the drivers for my nvidia graphics card and now suddenly I have no sound in game play except the sound of the other gliders around me in multiplayer and the sound of me doing fly bys.
I have disabled the nvidia sound, ensured my sound blaster is the default and have sound on all my other apps.
Any ideas?
