Hiding Instrument panel

I know how to hide the Inst Panel. But it also hides the canopy effects & wing tips- have 3 displays each at 70deg fov, so can see wing tips over my shoulder

Any way (other than painting walls) that I could keep the wingtips AND the Yaw string- (but ditch the panel so I can use a dedicated panel)
